MyOda provides tools for businesses to present products and services, prepare Orders, communicate with customers, and track payment information.
Your business
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business, product, Order, payment, and customer information and for fulfilling agreements made with customers.
Payments
Order credits pay for MyOda features. Customer payments go directly to the business through the payment details it provides. Businesses must independently verify customer payments.
Acceptable use
Do not use MyOda for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity. Access may be restricted when needed to protect customers, businesses, or the service.
Operator
MyOda is a product operated by Daticks Technology Limited. References to “we”, “us” or “MyOda” in these terms mean Daticks Technology Limited.
Availability
We work to keep MyOda reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. These terms may be updated as the service changes.
